The Hotel Transfers module is a dedicated screen in the panel where you plan and track pickups between student hotels and the kite spot — in both directions. For each transfer you see: pickup time, student name, hotel, route, assigned driver and live status (scheduled / on the way / picked up / delayed). The driver automatically receives their list via WhatsApp. The module is linked to the lesson calendar — adding a booking with a hotel address automatically suggests a transfer.
Smart Groups is an AI algorithm that automatically groups students waiting for a lesson based on their skill level, weight and age. Once AI finds a compatible match, it suggests a group slot and sends a WhatsApp notification to each participant. Students accept or decline with one tap. The school gets a full group without manual matchmaking — more group lessons means higher revenue per instructor hour.
The Import Agent connects to your old system using your login credentials over an encrypted HTTPS connection — exactly the same way you log in manually. Credentials are used only during the one-time migration and are never stored on our servers. Imported data (clients, bookings, equipment) lands in your isolated SurfIQ workspace (Row Level Security). Before anything is committed you always see a full preview of what will be imported and can choose exactly which records to keep.
